Fazal Deen Foundation is a multisector, non-profitable and non-governmental organization. It was established in 1992 and registered on February 28, 2005 under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (registration and control) Ordinance 1961 (XLVIof1961).
Initially, the area of operation of FD Foundation was jurisdiction of district Okara. When the old Distrcit has been abolished, therefore, as per need constitutional amendment has been made. the priority focus of the FD Foundation is the remote and backward areas of Okara
