The dream of a "center of excellence" is not only for the peoples of interior of Sindh but for
whole of Pakistan was visualized by Mr. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui, the Commissioner of Sukkur
Division along with Prof: Shah Muhammand Luhrani and many other helping hands.
This dream "IBA Sukkur Center of Excellence" was converted into reality in 1994-95 by academically Affiliated it with IBA Karachi and keeping in mind the factor that quality professionals can't be visualized with out strenuous studies, constant struggle, supported by high caliber teaching facilities and modern support services.

IBA's academic block covers a spacious area of 21,000 Sq feet, constructed at the cost of 15.928 Million, sanctioned by federal ministry of education government of Pakistan in year 2000/2001 MOE, Government of Pakistan also approved phase-II cost Rs.39.00 Million. IBA span a vast area of 18 Acers having its facilities of Auditorium, Girls hostel, Boys Hostel, Faculty Hostel, Car Parking, Generator, Cafeteria & Director Residence all surrounded by lush green Lawns and fruit trees. In recreational activities getting relaxed and playing games.
